A dream vacation with your family in this charming villa with a private pool.

In the main house is the living-dining room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Bay of Roses.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your vacation, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...)

On the same floor there are 2 double rooms, one with a 1.80x2m bed and the other with a 1.60x1.90m bed, one is en suite with a private bathroom and shower. There is another bathroom with shower in front of the rooms.

Going out to the terrace through some external stairs we go down to the independent studio with a double room with a 1.50x1.90m bed and a small attic of approximately 1.5m in height, ideal for a not very tall teenager and with a 1.20x2m bed. The study does NOT have air conditioning, but we have fans available.

The villa has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. 15kw of daily consumption is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding it, the extra cost per kW will be charged at the current market price, and the kW/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.

We remind you that the air usually cools the room immediately if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home.

Wifi is included in the price.

The house has an outdoor parking space for 2 cars at street level ( not private).

If you have questions such as:

What size is the pool?
It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.

Who takes care of pool maintenance?
The pool man comes by once a week.

Are towels included?
No, but we offer them for rent.
