If you are looking for a retreat for your holidays, this is the ideal property.

Located in Ferreiras, Albufeira, this property accommodates 11 people (8+3), has 4 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a heated private saltwater pool (optional extra) and a barbecue.

After passing through the access gate to the property, we find the villa. Upon entering, we have a fantastic conservatory, which has some sofas for you to socialise with your loved ones in a very comfortable environment.

Moving on to the kitchen, it has a large area and has all the utensils and equipment you may need, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In this room, you can also find a door that gives access to the laundry room, where the washing machine, ironing board and drying rack are located. Next to the kitchen, you can also find the barbecue.

Continuing on the same floor, on the left side of the conservatory, we can find a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and access to the outside, and one of them with a private bathroom (with a shower), both with air conditioning. On the right side, we have the living room and the dining room. This room has a large dining table so you can enjoy meals with friends or family. The living room has sofas and a TV for you to relax while watching what you like.

Through the ground floor, we have the staircase to access the first floor. After going up, we can find the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom (with a shower).

Going back outside, it has access through the living room or through the pedestrian gate located outside, so it is not necessary to enter through the main house. The wonderful pool area is completely fenced (which offers a lot of safety for those travelling with children) and is saltwater and can be heated, for an additional fee. In addition to the pool, we can find the outdoor shower, a dining table to enjoy your meals while enjoying the view of the pool, as well as the barbecue mentioned earlier.

The property also has a private outdoor parking lot for 4 cars.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Heating the pool will always be an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature, when the pool heating is activated, will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-in time: Saturday from 4pm to 12am
Check-out time: 10am

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)

The changeover day is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 11th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €119 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €28 each, per week).
