You will stay in a quiet location in a villa district, about two kilometres from the famous beach promenade La Croisette. The well-kept park with shared pool comprises two houses, each with only two floors. Your very stylishly furnished holiday flat is located in the groundfloor. You can look out over the bushes and roofs all the way to the sea. The big plus of this premium apartment is the 95 sqm private terrace in front of it. Here you can relax in a Mediterranean ambience and sunbathe undisturbed when you return from interesting excursions in the picturesque hinterland or from a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean Sea. A particularly practical feature, especially in the high season, is the private parking space directly in front of the entrance to the residence.

The film festival town of Cannes is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the French Riviera and boasts one of the most beautiful coastlines in Europe. The wonderful sunny climate is also ideal for a low season holiday. Not far from Nice, Antibes, Monaco and Italy, there are a thousand ways to spend a very varied holiday here. If you like it a little quieter on some days, why not take a trip into the hilly hinterland and visit the perfume town of Grasse (20 km) or the typical small villages such as Le Bar-sur-Loup, Tourrettes or Gourdon. The small islands ""Iles de Lérins"", which can be reached quickly by ferry, have a very special charm.
