The spacious living room has a satellite TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table with 6 chairs and a large chaise longue. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large terrace (50 m²) is equipped with a dining table. This is perfect for a delicious dinner on warm Italian evenings! The sleeping area includes 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has 4 beds: 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.

The elevator is only for residents and gives direct access to the beach and the hot showers on the ground floor.
