Welcome to this family-friendly house, which welcomes you with lovingly furnished rooms on two floors. Feel at home here and enjoy your free time together cooking, playing and relaxing. Start your vacation days with delicious croissants in the morning and end the evening hours with tasty grilled food while your children romp around on the lawn.

Great bonus: one of the bedrooms is accessible either from inside the house via a passage room or via an external staircase. This room is equipped with a desk, kitchenette and bathroom: ideal for vacationers who want an individual space.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a small town near Saint-Brieuc. From here, all amenities are easily accessible. Saint-Brieuc overlooks three valleys and has a beautiful old town and a pedestrian-friendly village center. Twice a week you can stroll through its market. Nearby, several lovely and very lively seaside resorts await you, such as Binic, Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Val-André. Also anglers can pursue your hobby here and try your gang luck!
