Description

Serre d'Oupia is a lovely house with southern tones located in a quiet part of the village. There you can enjoy the heatable (on request) private pool, the hottub and spacious sunny terraces overlooking the valley.

The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen for a comfortable holiday in the south of France.

Behind the house you can take a nice walk on the hills of Oupia
Oupia is a quiet little village with a shop/restaurant in the centre. Lézignan-Corbières is about 15 minutes away where you can get all the major necessities. Olonzac, the neighbouring village, has several bakeries and a supermarket

Remarks

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
