The 500m2 garden is laid out with a large lawn, lemon and olive trees and has a 3 x 6m pool. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind in nature.
The terrace has a cosy dining area with barbecue and sunshade.
The house has a practical layout. The living room has an open kitchen with dining area and living room with TV and exit to the garden. The two air-conditioned double bedrooms (hot/cold) have built-in wardrobes and each has large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The house offers Wi-Fi and internet TV, so you can also work remotely.
The house is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in a nice, quiet residential area with quick access to the motorway to Palma or the airport. The nearest beaches are 15 minutes away (Cala Sant Vicente, Port Pollensa, Port Alcudia or Playa de Muro). The nearest shopping facilities are 5 minutes away by car (Eroski, Lidl in Sa Pobla).
