The beautiful Villa Karla Nin is located in the picturesque town of Nin on the Dalmatian coast. Built in a contemporary style, this luxury villa offers many benefits such as proximity to the sea and untouched nature that will provide you a dream holiday.
The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 9 people, and out of a total of three bedrooms, two are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. There are also two extra beds measuring 90x200 cm and one additional corner sofa bed. The villa has two fully equipped bathrooms and one additional toilet. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.
The spacious living room and modern kitchen with dining area provide access to the terrace where there is a relaxing pool of 24.5 m2 and deck chairs that will allow you moments of relaxation in the afternoon sun and in the company of loved ones. Inside the yard there is also an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining table. On the green lawn inside the yard, the youngest ones will surely be delighted by the slide and playground for children.
Inside the courtyard of the villa there are two parking spaces, and outside the courtyard there are two additional spaces.
The first beach called Queen's Beach is 1.5 km away from the villa, and is known as the longest beach in Croatia, 8000 m long. This beach is associated with the legend of the first Croatian King Tomislav, who right here spent romantic moments with his queen watching the dawn with an unforgettable view of the nearby mountain Velebit. In Nin there are numerous beaches with healing mud, whose beneficial effects were known in the time of Cleopatra.
The city of Nin is also known as the royal city, a title that owes its historical significance to the capital of Croatian national rulers. Nin also has a longer history dating back to Illyrian times, even in the 9th century BC. when it was founded by an Illyrian tribe called Aenona. In ancient times, the town of Nin was an important seaport, and later, in the Middle Ages, the famous ships of the Old Croatian Navy called Condura Croatica were built here, which can be found today in the Museum of Nin Antiquities.
In the vicinity of Nin you will find various entertainment facilities such as Bungee jumping on the Maslenica bridge or the Aquapark on the island of Pag. On the island of Pag, you will also find Croatian Ibiza called Zrće beach, which in the summer months becomes a place of top entertainment and fun. On this island you will also find authentic gastronomic delicacies such as Pag cheese.
