Villa Arba is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in the historic town of Zadar, which Alfred Hitchcock, during his stay there, said had the most beautiful sunset he had ever seen. Also, Zadar is known for being the first city to have its own sea organ that creates different melodies and sounds depending on the wind and sea waves, it also houses the oldest Gothic church of St. Fran, and that it was from Zadar that the authentic 'marascino' liqueur, which was exported to Europe in the 18th century, originated.
Villa Arba was built in a contemporary style, with its 150 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. It is 300 m away from the famous 'Karma' beach, where there are many cafes and pastry shops, and you will be able to walk along the promenade of the same name, enjoying the view of Zadar's islands, ships and the endless sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and attached ensuite bathrooms with showers, two of which are on the upper floor, and one is on the ground floor. During your stay, if necessary, you can use a feeder and a baby cot. The villa also has a separate toilet, washing machine, and iron. Additional two people will sleep on the couch in the living room.
You will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a modern fireplace, next to which there is a dining room with a table and 6 seats, and a kitchen equipped with everything you will need during your holiday. The dining room leads to the outdoor terrace where there is a 22.5 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal/wood grill. You can relax on 6 deckchairs for sunbathing while drinking your favourite cocktails in the company of your family.
Fun activities for children will definitely be an aquapark, sandy and pebble beaches for playing, diving and cycling.

Villa Arba is completely fenced, has a nicely decorated yard with lots of flowers and small green areas, and outside it offers 2 parking spaces outside its yard.
