There are 4 well, equipped bathrooms with underfloor heating, 3 of them en-suite, and 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with 12 seats and a spacious living room with satellite TV. Especially impressive with the fun amenities of relaxation and recreation such as sauna, billiard, darts, table tennis, table football and PlayStation 4.
Also impressive is a fully fenced large garden on the 7800 m2 plot, where there is a large heated outdoor pool for refreshment and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor grill to prepare delicacies with family and friends.

A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
