It is 26 km from Zadar, while the nearest town of Nin is 15 km away. Since 1976, Vir has been connected to the mainland by a harbor bridge, making Vir an integral part of the mainland. Villa Olea Vir was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style and offers guests 240 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 4000 m2. There is plenty of space on the terrace for children's play and entertainment, and the villa's additional facilities include an extra bed (90x200), a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as 3 separate toilets. The whole island of Vir is one big beach and many bays of Vir hide the undiscovered charm of untouched nature. The beaches are mostly located next to a pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
