The fully equipped holiday home is located within a quiet gated Residence with private parking and two fenced swimming pools, one at 50m and one at 150m with separate children's pool.
These swimming pools are only accessible to tenants and owners
Le Barcarès is a beautiful tourist town with wide 8 km-long sandy beaches. The beach slopes gradually so it is also very suitable for children.

There is much to experience in and around le Barcarès as it is an attractive destination for those looking for a mix of sun, sea and leisure activities on the French Mediterranean coast. It is known for its picturesque landscapes, historical sights and a lively atmosphere during the summer season

Remarks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Travel party may consist of a maximum of 4 adults and additionally 2 children (up to 10 years)
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
