The living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, are located on the first floor and have direct access to the inviting private pool. The covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for preparing meals outdoors is also located here. A bedroom and a bathroom with shower are also on the first floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms and another large bathroom are on the upper floor. One of the rooms has access to the beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding area - a perfect place to start the day right! Villa Ventum is located in Jadrija, on the Srima peninsula, just a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Sibenik, known for its beautiful Cathedral of St. James. The cathedral has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Jadrija is actually a part of Sibenik and has developed as a seaside resort for the people of Sibenik. The town of Vodice is about 10 km from Jadrija and is a popular tourist hotspot. The lively coastal town is famous for its beautiful beaches and numerous events that take place during the summer months, such as concerts, festivals and folklore events. Just a short drive from the villa, the facets of the spectacular nature that characterizes this region are revealed - imposing mountains, the breathtaking Krka waterfalls and the varied coastline. Another advantage of this area is its proximity to the Krka and Kornati National Parks, as well as the Vrana Lake Nature Park (Vransko Jezero).
