Villa Vlahov IV offers a comfortable stay for all guests who want to be close to the beach and a larger town. The villa is located just 200 meters from the beach and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an inviting private pool.
The stylishly furnished, open plan first floor has a living/dining area with kitchen and direct access to the pool and outdoor area with a comfortable lounge seating area. A double bedroom with balcony doors and access to the pool and a bathroom are also located on the first floor. On the second floor are the other two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned and there are two parking spaces available in the shared parking lot for all four Vlahov villas.
The property is a semi-detached house, the other half is Villa Vlahov III.Villa Vlahov IV is located in Srima, a small village near Vodice. The town of Vodice is located in the Sibenik-Knin County, in the "center" of the Croatian coast. Vodice is a popular tourist hotspot, famous as a lively coastal town with many beautiful beaches and many events that take place during the summer months, such as concerts, festivals and folk events. There are also cultural sights to discover - churches from the 16th and 18th centuries, the fortified tower 'Coric Tower' or the memorial center of Faust Vrancic, the famous inventor of the parachute and important Croatian historical figure. For those who want to spend an active vacation, this area offers the opportunity to try various water sports, diving, kayaking and windsurfing. There are also numerous cycling and hiking trails in this area. The location of Vodice is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The historic town of Sibenik is just a short drive away. Only about 60 kilometers separate Vodice from Zadar in the north and Trogir in the south. Another advantage of Vodice is its proximity to the Krka National Park, the Kornati National Park and the Vrana Lake Nature Park (Vransko Jezero). You should also visit at least one of the nearby islands of Murter, Prvic or Zlarin.
