Villa Lapidem is a spacious, beautiful, modern villa in enchanting northern Dalmatia in the small town of Sukosan near the beautiful city of Zadar. In addition to the excellent central location with all modern amenities for a carefree and relaxing holiday, the proximity to the sea, which is only 500 m away, is one of the strengths of this villa. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 + 2 guests and is a great place for families and friends. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms, 4 of which are furnished with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The bedrooms are located on 2 floors and 3 of them have en-suite bathrooms. The sleeping possibility for the +2 guests is on a sofa bed in the living room.
The cosily furnished living room is located on the ground floor as well as the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The 1st floor also has a smaller living room and a minibar - a great extra space for your relaxation. There is an extra play corner for children, also on the same floor. The first floor has a beautiful covered terrace with a great lounge area and views of the sea and the enchanting private pool. Could you imagine a better place to enjoy your holidays in the morning or evening while watching the view over Sukosan and enjoying the evening summer breeze :)
A staircase on the 1st floor leads you out to the loft, into the fantastic wellness and fitness area where you can relax after a good workout in the sauna.
The covered outdoor dining area right next to the private pool offers a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy your meals together on relaxed evenings outdoors. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to sunbathe after a refreshing swim.

The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), the Church of St. Donat (9th century), the Church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (12th to 13th century), parts of the defence walls ... Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).
The region offers beautiful beaches, good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, but also breathtaking national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Telaica, Paklenica). If you want to have more fun, Zadar offers beach bars and cafés, nightclubs and discos from sunset to sunrise.
