The barbecue area is ideal for putting your grilling skills to the test and enjoying delicious meals of local specialties with family and friends.
Step into the rustic, high-quality interior of the villa. Elements of stone and wood give the entire living area a very cozy feel, yet you will appreciate the modern technology. Next to the living area, you will find a professional, fully equipped kitchen and a chic dining area.
On the same level, you can be active in the fitness area or enjoy the sauna with a view. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. For the children - big and small - a games console offers additional fun.

The nearest sandy beach is Kanegra beach, about 22 km north of Umag. To get to know the region better, we recommend trips to the coastal towns of Umag - famous for the ATP tennis tournament - and Novigrad, as well as to the more rural towns of Buje or Motovun - known for its annual film festival. Discover the region by hiking or cycling and enjoy the nature that lies at your feet.
