On the open plan ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area connected to the living room. Just a few steps from the living room is the lounge area with direct access to the garden. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom and a bathroom, as well as another lounge area.
A further 2 bedrooms, both warm, inviting and furnished with attention to detail, are on the second floor. The second bathroom is also located here.
The outdoor area is equally stunning - at your disposal are the private pool, several seating areas in the garden and the outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco.The vacation villa is located near the small town of Kanfanar, but it is also only a short drive away from the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, vineyards and olive trees dominate this area with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent and authentic Istrian cuisine. Rovinj, the next larger town, will enchant you with its medieval streets and warm Mediterranean ambience. The main church of St. Euphemia, where relics of the saint are kept, is one of the most beautiful Baroque buildings in Istria. From the church you have a wonderful view of the open sea and numerous small islands in the distance.
