In just a few minutes by car you can reach different kind of restaurants, shops, ATMs, petrol stations and cafés. The house is located at the end of the village of Filipana and offers its guests absolute peace and relaxation. On its property of 1000 sqm, guests have access to a 28 sqm swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and beautiful tree, providing shade and a place to relax.

Villa Tonina with a total area of 140 sqm is suitable for 6-8 people. It consists of a living room with access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of them with its own bathroom and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
