The house is set on its own fenced garden of 800 sqm with well-kept lawn, 32 sqm pool, outdoor terrace with dining table and 2 parking spaces. In Svetvincenat you will find a pizzeria, coffee bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach is 17 km away.

Villa Holiday with a total area of 180 sqm is spread on two air-conditioned floors. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, shower/toilet and a bedroom with double bed. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties.
