This charming Istrian house is located in a small village Smolici situated 8 kilometres from Višnjana and 21 km from Porec and its beaches.
The house was built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2010, equipped with a combination of rustic and modern furniture and located on two floors. On the enclosed garden of 1200 sqm, guests of Casa Anna can enjoy the beautifully maintained flower garden and the burble of the water from a small pond. In addition to this floral idyll the guests have use of a swimming pool of 24 sqm, two covered terraces with dining facilities, a summer kitchen with a grill and 2 bikes for exploring the surroundings. The balcony on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the Istrian olive plantations and cultivated fields.

This holiday house for 6 guests has a total living area of 108 sqm. On the ground floor of the house there is a small tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and shower/toilet. On the first floor (accessed by external stairs) there is a living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with double bed, one of which has a private balcony, and shower/toilet in the corridor. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
