Villa Pia is a holiday home just 200 metres from the most beautiful Istrian beach.
Brsec is located about 20 kilometres from Opatija. A picturesque place with small houses with colourful windows and narrow streets. It is located on a cliff, so you can enjoy the view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands. At the foot of the cliff is Klanac beach, a beautiful pebble beach hidden in the bay and surrounded by rocks.
At guests' disposal is a fully fenced garden with several parking spaces, swimming pool with back massage, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The house also has an air-conditioned room with fitness equipment and a bathroom.

The house consists of two residential units.
On the top floor of the house there is an air-conditioned studio flat with a beautiful sea view. It consists of a living room with a seating set with the possibility of placing a bed for two children, a double bed, a balcony, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The second accommodation unit is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, a balcony with sea view, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
