Casa Ana Tripari is located in the quiet village of Tripari, 9 km from Visnjan and 16.5 km from Porec and its beautiful beaches. Built in 1989 and completely renovated in 2017, the house seamlessly combines rustic and modern elements. In a large, fenced garden, you can relax in the natural shade by the 32 m² pool or enjoy a meal on the covered terrace with a brick barbecue and dining table. There is also a swing for children and a car park for three vehicles. The house is a charming ground floor flat with an inviting living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and terrace. Two double bedrooms and two showers/toilets complete the interior. The owners live in a separate part of the house with their own entrance and property. Nearby Visnjan, a historic trading centre under Venetian rule, hosts a traditional market every last Thursday of the month. It is also known for its famous astronomical observatory and offers breathtaking sea views from its old terrace. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
