Casa Nadalina is an old Istrian stone house located in the small village Anzici situated approx. 7 km from Visnjan and approx. 19 km from Porec.
The house was built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2008. On enclosed garden of 600 sqm the guests have use of a swimming pool of 26 sqm, one covered and one open terrace with sitting set, barbecue, parking for 2 vehicles and 4 bicycles.
Holiday house for 6 guests with a total living area of 108 sqm consists of two houses. The larger house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, SAT-TV and access to the terrace, equipped kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms of which one with access to the balcony. In the smaller house, which consists of ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen with dining table and glass wall, double bedroom, shower/toilet. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
