The villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and thanks to an elevated, south facing plot it offers
magnificent views and sun all day.
Entering Villa Tuscany you are welcomed by high vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows with
great natural light. On the entry level you have the kitchen by Santos in an open plan and with Siemens
appliances. The kitchen is nicely connected to the grand living room and dining area, which both have
direct access to one of the terraces with outdoor dining area.
Further on the ground level you have the master bedroom with walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
Above the master bedroom is an office/study with steel windows overlooking the living room.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms offers amazing
sea views and views over the garden.
