Guests can also make free use of the pool, BBQ area, mini golf, and volleyball court. TV, WIFI, washing machine are some of the facilities of this friendly accommodation.

Ground floor semi-detached cosy townhouse of approximately 45 m2, situated in the condominium Planalto in Vilamoura. The property comprises 1 bedroom with double bed, living/dining room with sofa bed and drawer bed, ideal for a couple with 2 children. Air conditioning in the living room. Bathroom with shower cabin and a very functional kitchenette. The property has a private terrace with outdoor furniture. Dolce Gusto coffee machine, TV, WIFI and private parking for 1 vehicle
are some of the facilities that this nice property has to offer to its guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Private parking within the condominium. Located 10 minutes from Vilamoura beaches and the marina. Free access to the outdoor swimming pool, volleyball court and minigolf. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed on any booking is 4 people.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our Meet and Greet will always be at the property.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area of Vilamoura and within walking distance of the marina where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacy, markets and banks.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
