The administrative centre of the Istrian peninsula, Pazin, is 13 km from the village. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage can be found here. minj and small villages in the area are known for agrotourism, hiking and cycling tours. The town traditionally celebrates one of the most popular folk festivals in Istria - Bartulja (end of August). This is dedicated to the patron saint of minj, St Bartholomew (in the Church of St Bartholomew). The tourist hotspots on the coast with crystal clear sea and sights are only a short drive away from the villa: Pula (45 km), Rovinj (20 km), Pore (30 km).
