The villa has 4 bedrooms, each decorated in its own style, from charming-romantic to urban or elegant, and can accommodate up to 8+1 guests. Everything is kept in a very warm style and gives you a feeling of home. The luxurious villa is divided into 2 floors filled with natural light. The first floor consists of a spacious and bright living room with TV, a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to a covered terrace from where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view and sunset. The exterior of Villa Serenita will delight you. In front of the villa is a magnificent pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Just a few steps away is the lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy meals prepared on the charcoal grill, relax in the comfortable sun loungers and watch the children play by the pool.Villa Serenita is located in the tourist town of Medulin, just a few kilometers from Pula. All necessary facilities such as stores, restaurants and bars are not far from the villa and can be reached on foot. Only 100 meters from the villa there are beautiful pebble beaches where you can spend warm and sunny summer days.
