Description

Ideally located 15 minutes drive from Saumur and close to Angers and Tours, this pretty stone house will be the ideal place for a stay with family or friends.

You will have a large living room with a lounge and dining area, two kitchens, a second lounge, a games room, 7 bedrooms with shower rooms and a beautiful wooded exterior of 200 m² with 2 terraces and a beautiful swimming pool to relax after a busy day!
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, you only have to put your bags down!

This 350 m² gîte, on the ground floor, is composed as follows

Day area :
- A beautiful and bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area with a large and beautiful dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- A second kitchen with a fridge, hob and washing machine.
- A second living room with a sofa, two seats and a coffee table.
- A games room with a table tennis table, table football and a pool table.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed with a large wardrobe as well as a shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
- Bedroom 4: a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
- Bedroom 5: a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
- Room 6: 2 single beds (can be joined together to make a double bed on request) and a bathroom with shower and basin.
- Room 7: children's dormitory with 4 single beds and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

*All shower/bathrooms have a hairdryer.

Outside :
- A large garden of about 200 m² where you can play badminton and pétanque.
- A first terrace of 100 m² and a second, raised terrace of 50 m² with a table, chairs, barbecue and deck chairs.
- An unheated swimming pool, secured by an alarm.

Two other gîtes are located on the same site, and have their own separate areas. The swimming pool will be exclusively reserved for you.
