Magnificent 103-square-meter apartment in Chamonix.Welcome to our magnificent 103m2 chalet for up to 8 people, a living space that opens out onto a rural, alpine setting. Panoramic views of the valley's glaciers and mythical peaks. Garden in continuity with Chamonix's historic old ski slopes (sledging, snowshoeing, hiking from the chalet). Very quiet area, only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center and 10 minutes from the nearest ski resorts.

Accommodation
Located in Chamonix, the house measures 103m2, is bright and has 4 bedrooms (3 with double 140 beds and 1 with a double 160 bed, convertible into 1 or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a lovely lounge area for relaxing after an intense day's skiing.
There's also a high-speed WiFi connection and an area where you can work.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay.
The chalet is very well equipped: parking, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, fondue machine, raclette machine, crepe maker and waffle maker.
A cot is also available.
Just 5 minutes away by car, you'll find excellent public transport links for strolling around the resort and the valley! The area is very popular with hikers, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.
Special equipment is required in case of heavy snowfall (snow tires or chains).

For all bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost.
For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).


Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley is made up of 10 ski areas, and offers a wide range of activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. There's plenty to discover all year round.

In winter, special equipment may be required to access the chalet in case of heavy snowfall.
