Superb old farmhouse, the charm of the old refurbished by an architect. 80m2 detached house with high ceilings, all refurbished with the charm and elegance of exposed stone. You'll enjoy a beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140cm double bed for two people and a mezzanine with two 80cm single beds that can be joined together to form a 160cm bed, which can be blacked out with curtains for greater comfort. All set in a wooded garden shared with the owners. Garden furniture is available, a lovely space to enjoy the calm, sunshine and free-range chickens.
Location advantages: Pretty building, in a peaceful setting, ideal for vacations in a charming location. Close (15 mins) to the sea and all shops nearby. Cleaning included. Keys delivered and returned exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
