We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Montchâlons, this charming house of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate to ten travellers. It is composed of a nice living room (with wood stove), equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen included, towels extra, we are waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Montchâlons, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... 15 minutes by car in the town of Laon.

The accommodation is composed as follows
- a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (1st flare offered, additional wood at extra cost), dining area and a pool table.
- a fully equipped kitchen with: an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven, an oven, cooking rings, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine...
- A landing: on the 1st floor with a TV.
- Bedroom 1: on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4: on the 2nd floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot.
- Bedroom 5: on the 2nd floor with three single beds.
- Bathroom: on the 1st floor with a bath.
- Shower room: on the 2nd floor with shower and WC.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Nature lovers can explore the forest of Samoussy, Vauclair or the marshes of Liesse.

Water activities and beach are accessible at the AxoPlage lake.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house.

- Nearest airport: Reims-Prunay airport located at 63 km (48 minutes by car)
- To rent a car: possibility to rent a car in Laon or at the airport.

- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Large and small towels are available as an option at 5€/person/stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
