It is composed of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,800 m². - An independent TV room.

- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190) and a chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (160×190) convertible into 2 single beds and a single bed, a closet and an adjoining shower room.
- A bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ironing board and iron, baby bed, shopping cart.

- Bus: in summer, shuttles are available to the traffic of Carantec from the center of the village. Connection from the village to join the station of Morlaix. Free summer shuttle every 15 minutes to reach the beaches and shops (see dates and times at the tourist office).
