We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lanton close to Arcachon, this charming house of lime pit foot, with a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a beautiful fenced garden of about 700 m². We are waiting for you!
Bed linen and towels are optional.

The accommodation of 90 m² is composed as follows:

- A living room with a TV, a sofa, a decorative fireplace and a dining area.
- An equipped kitchen with a dining area, an electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker...

Night space:
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a shower, a double sink, a bidet and WC.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 700 m² and a north facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days!
- A private parking lot located in the garden on the paved part that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dryer, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron, fan, barbecue, parasol...

The house is ideally located in Lanton, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
