Come and discover this exceptional chalet located on the heights of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe! Ideally located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, the Espace Diamant and only 15 minutes from Mégève, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries after a day of discovery and skiing.

With a surface area of 380 m² spread over three levels, the accommodation is designed in a mountain style, combining old wood, natural slate and Scandinavian decoration for a refined, warm and harmonious setting.

With a capacity of up to 15 people, we offer you top-of-the-range services for an unforgettable and exclusive stay! You will have a vast living space built around a spectacular spiral staircase and equipped with a dining room, a living room, a kitchen that extends to the spa where you can enjoy a swimming pool, a balneo and a hammam, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms as well as a vast garden at the foot of the mountains and a wooden terrace for a breathtaking panorama

Reservations are by the week only, ideally from Sunday to Sunday, to avoid the congested roads!

The chalet :

Tastefully decorated, with some iconic Scandinavian and vintage pieces, you will be having a really great time !

Level 0:
A vast, light-filled living space with huge bay windows opening onto an exceptional panorama!
You will find :
- A living room furnished with a contemporary fireplace, sofas, armchairs and coffee tables.
- A dining room with a reception table seating 15 people.
- An open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine...
- A Spa and relaxation area with a 5x4 metre indoor pool with movable floor and counter-current swimming with balneo, shower, hammam with a small tea room adjoining. Upstairs, a small games room awaits you for games.
- Garage, boot warmer, ski locker, ski changing room.


Level -1 :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed, a dressing room and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed, a desk, a dressing room and a TV.
- A large en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a washbasin.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be brought together to create a king size bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2). Shared bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4 with bath and shower.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be joined together to create a king size bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) with its en-suite bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- A games room and home cinema.
- A library (novels, comics and DVDs provided, Canal +, Netflix)
- A laundry room, cold room and large freezer.
- 2 separate toilets.

Level 1 :
- Bedroom 5: a double bed, a desk, a dressing room, a TV with an adjoining shower room with an Italian shower and a WC.
- Bedroom 6: a double bed, a TV, a dressing room with an adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 7: a double bed on the mezzanine with a games room and a TV on the lower level.
- A bright bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
Facing south, the chalet is designed to let in a maximum of light and offers you a spectacular view of the surrounding nature! On the -1 level, you will have a vast unfenced garden of 1300 m², accessible by a staircase from the large wooden terrace overlooking the valley and featuring garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

This chalet is nestled on the heights of the charming village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, in a peaceful and pleasant natural setting! Open your windows and admire the sublime landscape that is offered to you! Ideally located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, your accommodation will allow you, depending on the time of year, to reach the Espace Diamant ski area in a few minutes! You will also be close to all the necessary amenities: bakery, mini-market, restaurants, shops, ski rental...

In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, come and enjoy the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
- Depending on the snow conditions, it is possible to ski to the resort.
- Shuttle to the ski area from the centre of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe.
- Albertville train station located 20 km away (43 minutes by car).
- Annecy Mont-Blanc airport 40 km away (1h11 by car)
