We propose you to rent, on the commune of Moissac-Bellevue, this charming Provençal Villa located on the heights outside the village with swimming pool, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 6 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

On the first floor:
- A living room of 65 m² with TV, sofas, period fireplace (decorative) and dining area that can accommodate 8 guests.
- A separate kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower

On the first floor:
- Room 4: two single beds and a private access to the balcony offering you a panoramic view of the village of Moissac. Facing south, without opposite
- A bathroom with bathtub.

- By a staircase from the house, you access the swimming pool (private, heated) of 8m x 5m, secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence. Usable from May to October, under favorable climatic conditions.
- Pool house with equipped summer kitchen : oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher...
- Independent WC.
- A beautiful garden of 6 000 m².
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the house, on the large gravel place that can accommodate 4 vehicles and an additional place under the iron pergola.

- Bus Zou! All the lines leave from Moissac-Bellevue in the direction of Régusse, Baudinard, Aups, Lorgues and Draguignan.
- Nearest train station : "Les Arcs - Draguignan" located at 42 km (48 minutes by car) and Aix en Provence located at 86 km (1h16 by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at 111 km (1h26 minutes by car).
