The house is very pleasant, comfortable, well-appointed and beautifully decorated, making it ideal for a tourist or business stay, with a capacity of up to 6 people.
It comprises a large living area, a fully-equipped modern open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, a shower room, a bathroom and a laundry room.
It has ample parking in the courtyard, and the following facilities, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television with cable subscription, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Air conditioning, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Kettle, Brazier, board games, baby cot, high chair, and children's books.
Sun loungers and games are also available.

The area is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops, including an Intermarché supermarket 3 minutes away by car, and fishmongers and restaurants nearby.

Location
Lanton is a commune on the Bay of Arcachon. Between coastline and pine forest, you'll discover colorful landscapes in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, which you can visit on foot, by bike or on the water. The commune comprises the villages of Blagon, Cassy, Lanton and Taussat-les-Bains, separated by streams, each with its own history and heritage. Discover Blagon lake, Suzette beach in Cassy, Notre-Dame church in Lanton and the Vieux Port in Taussat, and walk along the coastal path. It's a commune rich in history, with many monuments and places to visit.
