The villa is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: large TV, Wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer... The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso Krups coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine...

Linen is provided for your stay.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.


Close to shops, restaurants, buses and cycle paths, you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot and explore the old village of Duingt and the beaches on foot.

Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
