It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² as well as a large terrace, with all the necessary furniture to enjoy this place with friends or family. The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 40 m² with a large TV (146 cm), two convertible sofas (double), table soccer, billiards and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- A bathroom with bath, accessible from bedroom 1
- Two separate toilets.
Exterior:
- An independent outdoor room with the Jacuzzi accessible from April to the end of October that can accommodate 4 people.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1 000 m² with summer lounge, deckchairs, ping-pong table, bowls, darts, wooden bowling...
- A terrace of about 50 m², facing South and West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Access to a private pontoon allowing access to the river "l'Argens", for swimming or lounging by a natural river.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in a hamlet less than 10 minutes from the town of Lorgues, in a very pleasant environment, in a natural and wooded setting on the river bank. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

The commune of Lorgues is bordered by fourteen wine-producing properties, such as Domaines Viticoles and châteaux, Domaine and AOC "Côtes-de-provence" cellars around the cooperative cellar "Le Cellier des Lorguians" and many others...
You can take advantage of the location to go hiking or biking. The Verdon and the Mediterranean are about 45 minutes away by car. Several swimming spots in the surrounding rivers are possible.
- Touristic sites : Lorgues (village, in a valley, located at 210 meters of altitude, full of history with some buildings dating from the Middle Ages), Entrecastaux, Cotignac, Abbaye du Thoronet... at a few kilometers. 45 minutes from the sea (Saint Raphael, Fréjus, Saint-Aygulf), 50 km from Saint-Tropez, 1 hour from Cannes, Antibes and 1h30 from Nice
- Sporting activities: water sports center, adventure course, tree climbing, horseback riding... Walking tours: lakes, waterfalls (Chutes du Caramy, Sillans-la-Cascade, Carcès, Le Val...)
Every Tuesday, the largest Provencal market in the region is held in Lorgues.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the gravelled driveway (5 vehicles including a sheltered space under a pergola).

- The nearest TGV station is the station of Les Arcs - Draguignan located at approximately 18 minutes by car.
- The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, 79 km away, about 1 hour by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
