First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with king-size bed (180×200), a shower room with shower and WC and access to a terrace with sea view.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: two single beds.
- A lounge/office area.
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Exterior:
- A lovely 900 m² garden adjoining another gîte.
- A first terrace on the ground floor, south-facing, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in very pleasant surroundings, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful fishing port of Dahouet and the seaside resort of Val André.
