We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Taulé close to Carantec, this charming house with sea view, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m², an open plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 900 m² to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation, facing North/South, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso Magimix machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (two single beds).
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub and sanitary toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of about 900 m², facing East/South/West allowing to benefit from the sun all day long with furniture (parasol, garden table, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Taulé with a view of the Bay of Morlaix, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. at about 3 km from Carantec.
Activities :
- Sightseeing : go for a walk on the Callot island which is accessible at low tide, the Chateau du Taureau, the Chateau de Kerjean, go to the Batz island from Roscoff...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities (sailing, diving...), discover the pleasures of fishing, walk along the coast on the GR34, tennis, golf...
- Cultural visits: Visit the charming galleries open in Carantec during the summer.
- Gastronomic heritage: Carantec market every Thursday morning, oyster tasting at some of the oyster farmers in the Bay of Morlaix.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking outside within the property secured by a gate and able to accommodate 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Morlaix train station located approximately 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport located about 38 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The accommodation is close to a castle which is occupied all year round, their garden is private.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Possibility of 5 flambées for €20. To be arranged and paid for with the on-site manager.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Cupboards and wardrobes are available.
