- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, washbasin and closet,
- a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), washbasin and closet,
- a bedroom with a bunk bed, washbasin, closet, desk area and small terrace overlooking the garden,
- two shower rooms with washbasins,
- separate WC,
- and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

+ a first floor with :
- a fully-equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, fruit press, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine, vacuum cleaner, floorcloth and kitchen cupboard, etc.
- a dining room for up to 12 guests, but comfortable for 10;
- a living room with office area and panoramic view;
- a fireplace with insert to come;
- a lovely master bedroom with 180cm bed, closet and balcony, and direct access to the bathroom with 2 basins, bath and separate toilet.

The exterior of the chalet offers parking for 4 vehicles and has a Tesla socket and a normal socket for your electric vehicles.

You will have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
