Quietly located, 200 meters from the lake and on the edge of the cycle path, discover a contemporary villa with terrace and large garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully-equipped house is perfect for your family vacation on the shores of Lake Annecy.
The "Chez ma cousine" beach is a 3-minute walk away, and the Doussard municipal beach is a 3-minute drive away.

You can enjoy the terrace for barbecues, or relax in the peaceful garden. Terrace furniture available from April to October.

Accommodation:
The first floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.
Upstairs you'll find a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Two of them have views of the lake and mountains!
In the basement you'll find the laundry room and a two-car garage. Two additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Linen is provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the property.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a 20€ supplement will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
