This detached family home is surrounded by 2000 m2 of enclosed grounds planted with trees. Situated in the Lot in the heart of a quiet region, close to major tourist sites (Martel, Loubressac...)Within a three-minute walk, you'll find shops such as a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, doctors...

Upstairs, the house comprises a living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
On the first floor, a garage, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. The bedroom is accessible via the garage.

Electric bikes available for hire.

Cleaning service is compulsory and extra.
Baby equipment on request.
No smoking.
Long-term rental possible.
In winter, heating package to be paid on site.
