This house is composed of :

- A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) opening onto a dining/living room with access to the terrace where you can gather with friends or family on sunny days.
- 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (one on each floor for greater privacy if you're staying for business), and a convertible sofa in the living room (for extra sleeping space).
All amenities are provided: comforters, pillows, bed linen, and they have manual roller shutters or velux windows on the top floor.

- A bathroom with a brand-new shower, toilet and washing machine (bath and hand towels will be provided).

You'll enjoy free high-speed Wifi internet access (fiber) throughout the house.

Parking is free on the street, but the house has a garage with a sectional door that can be opened by remote control.

Please note that the house is not suitable for PRMs, as it has a step at the front door, stairs to access the living areas, and a miller's ladder to access the top floor.


Neighborhood

The house's location is ideal for quick access to the main amenities. There's a bakery 500m away, a Carrefour city and a Super U 3min away by car (66 Rue François Perrin and 282 Rue François Perrin), as well as a florist, pharmacy, restaurants and banks nearby. The town center is less than 10 minutes away by car and about 25 minutes on foot.


Transit

The house is served by the N°5 bus line to the city center.
From the house, walk to the "C. Ranson" stop. Ranson" stop (a 5-minute walk) and take line 5 "La Cornue J. Gagnant" and in about ten minutes you'll be in the town center.
