It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- An equipped kitchenette, open to the living room with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine...
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with bunk beds (two beds)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort : high chair, baby bed

Outside :
- A courtyard of 30 m², closed by a gate, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is located in the commune of Pleudihen-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant and calm environment, in a natural plain, with shops at 5 minutes by car (bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, food shops...).

Activities :
- Tourist sites : The magnificent city of Dinan at 12 km, the seaside cities of St Malo, Cancale and Dinard at 15 min by car, the Mont Dol at 20 min, the Mont Saint Michel at 45 minutes
- Sports activities: Various water sports (windsurfing, catamaran ...), hiking coastal path along the Rance, hiking along the GR34 along the Breton coast ...
- Events : the wheat festival in August in Pleudihen, the amazing travelers in June and the rum race in St malo in November, the festival of the ramparts in Dinan, festival in Bobital...
