Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer you this charming 55 m² gite for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 25 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, stand-up table and pellet stove
- A kitchenette, open onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)

Outside :
- A lovely 25 m² enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Julien-du-Serre, in a very pleasant environment, within a small authentic hamlet. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You can park directly in the carport-style parking lot, to be shared with a second dwelling. One space reserved for the gite
