The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Montegrosso, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 390 m ² and being able to accommodate until 12 travelers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a large outdoor space of over 200 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the 1st floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) and adjoining bathroom, TV

- Two bathrooms with shower, one with WC

On the 2nd floor:

On the 3rd floor :

Exterior :
- A private pool (not heated) of 4x6 meters and 1m50 deep, open all year round.
- A terrace surrounding the pool and a patio with a total area of 200 m².
- On the second floor, a balcony of about 7 m².
- A roof terrace located on the 3rd floor of about 15 m² offering you a magnificent view.

The house is ideally located in Montegrosso, in an authentic village in the middle of nature at about 10 km from the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of a traditional Corsican oil mill, at the foot of the house
- Bar-Restaurant l'Altezza, festive evenings in an idyllic setting with sea view, at 900m from the house
- Beginning of the GR20 at a few kilometers

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house.

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bastia train station at about 1h50 by car
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport, about 20 minutes by car
