Quietly located between Vannes and Lorient, this rental will welcome you for your vacations close to the region's most beautiful spots: the Ria d'Étel, Carnac and the Quiberon peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, the Lorient beaches (Larmor Plage, Guidel...) or Finistère (Pont Aven, Concarneau, the Glénan archipelago...).

Set between land and sea, this house is the ideal base for visiting the surrounding area: you'll be 10 min from Auray by car, 15 min from Erdeven and Carnac, and 20 min from the Gulf of Morbihan. All local shops are just 5 minutes away. Hallage du Blavet (ideal for walking or cycling) and kayak base 20 min away. Chemin de Cadoudal (forest circuit on the banks of the Ria d'Étel) 10 min away. Land aux Lutins leisure park 5 min away.

You can also easily reach Lorient and its Interceltic Festival via the Landaul-Mendon train station, located in the immediate vicinity of the house, with approximately one TER train per hour. Keys to be collected from the Étel agency.

Bedroom: 1 x 140 x 190 bed (comforter), TV and large dressing room
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, electric towel rail and toilet.

Large mezzanine: sitting area with TV, board game chest available, 140 x 190 sofa bed (comforter) and plenty of storage space.
Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed 180 x 190 (comforter), desk, cupboard, TV and DVD player.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, electric towel rail and toilet.

Fully enclosed landscaped garden of 860m². Please note the low height of the fence, which can easily be crossed by a large dog.
