It comprises an attractive 120 m² living room (with fireplace), a separate fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A 10x4m swimming pool (private, heated) open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual) with safety shutter.
- Jacuzzi for 6 people available all year round
- A beautiful garden of around 250 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in very pleasant surroundings. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (maximum 4 cars).
