First floor
- 82 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: Queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with bathtub, one with WC
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 5: One double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 6: with king-size bed (180X200)
- Shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 15x7m private swimming pool (unheated) open all year round. (Opening dates non-contractual)
- An attractive 4,800 m² garden with furniture and views of the Pyrenees.
- A 200 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Salies-de-Béarn, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Visit the spa town of Salies de Bearn, 35 minutes from Bayonne and 35 minutes from Pau.
- 45 minutes from the Landes or Basque coast.
- 1h30 from the mountains

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot.
